The hotel is extremely clean.

During our stay, we encountered unfriendly staff who seemed disinterested in helping us. When we requested an early check-in due to my husband's condition, the response was brusque and dismissive. It was frustrating to see others being attended to while we were left waiting and ignored. The room was poorly designed, with insufficient power outlets making it difficult to use our devices.

I loved being just a few steps from the Powerhouse Museum and only a leisurely stroll away from the Royal Botanic Gardens, making my daily city explorations truly enjoyable. the staff were super friendly and helpful, which added to my overall experience.

I loved staying in the Ultimo Queen Room for 3 nights, especially the comfy bed and the fabulous shower. I took advantage of the relaxing rooftop terrace and the cozy lounge area to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the odd step down to where I kept my luggage — I kept tripping, so watch your step! 😊

Location is awesome, close to Chinatown and public transport. Shower design floods the bathroom floor, which is a hassle.
